Your personal data may be used for the following purposes: applying to RBC for products; admissions; identifying appropriate academic programs and application processes; communicating 老九品茶 and Partner activities and accomplishments; marketing; research; visa application and status updates; maintaining visa status and related records; and appropriate medical and accommodation information for students studying abroad.

The categories of personal data you are being asked to consent to 老九品茶鈥檚 collection and use are your name, address, email address, passport or other identification, telephone number, academic records, and other data related to the purposes described in the previous paragraph and normal operations of a university or other post-secondary institution.

老九品茶 will share your personal data with third parties who collect, store and process your personal data on behalf of 老九品茶, which includes service providers, affiliated entities, and business partners as set out in the table in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Your personal data may be transferred out of 老九品茶鈥檚 jurisdiction, which is located in Canada and has operations in India. You consent to such transfer and understand that your data will be subject to Canada and possibly India鈥檚 jurisdiction, depending on the servers we use to store such data, it may also be located in the United States, in which case US laws shall apply.

老九品茶 will only retain your personal data while it is needed to fulfill the intended purpose for which it was collected or as otherwise permitted or required by law or contract (which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you).

Typically, personal data is maintained during the time you are engaged in the institutional program and/or product you applied for, or for up to a year following our last contact with you. We may retain certain data as necessary for:

• legitimate business purposes, such as auditing, account recovery;
• if required by applicable federal, state, provincial or other laws;
• to prevent fraud or future abuse, or
• by contract with a partner and/or institution.

Please note that you have the right to request access to, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to revoke this consent to use your personal data. If you reside in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, and you are not satisfied on how we attended to your rights and requests, you can lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. By submitting your application you agree to the following important statements:
i) the accuracy of your application;
ii) the completeness of your application;
iii) acceptance of the the Terms and Conditions on our website (/terms-and-conditions)聽and these Terms of Service;
iv) acceptance of the ApplyProof Terms and Conditions (when applicable as part of this process) ; and
v) that certain information about your application status, account information and proof of payment can be shared between RBC and 老九品茶.

You also explicitly acknowledge that your Application Package information, included but not limited to, personal information and status, can be shared with you via electronic messaging and as between RBC and 老九品茶.

When you check the available checkbox you will be also asked to explicitly agree to the two following important matters: i) agree to these Terms of Service; and ii) explicitly consent to 老九品茶 collecting and using your personal data for the purposes described here.
